Terms of Service

1. Age Restriction and Eligibility

THE SERVICE CONTAINS ADULT CONTENT INTENDED FOR ADULTS ONLY. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to access or use pole.world. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing adult content of this nature is prohibited;
• You are accessing the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use;
• You will not permit any minor to access your account or the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and without notice if we have reason to believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify us immediately at legal@pole.world of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that we believe have been compromised.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

pole.world offers the following paid subscription tiers:

• Standard Plan - $30.00 USD per month: Grants access to live streams in 1080p resolution and access to the VOD archive of past live streams.
• Premium Plan - $60.00 USD per month: Grants access to live streams in 4K resolution and access to the VOD archive of past live streams.

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon 30 days' notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Live Streams and Content Access

Live streams are broadcast daily at 10:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Stream availability is subject to technical constraints, performer availability, and operational requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to live streams and are not liable for technical interruptions, outages, or quality degradation. Archived VOD content is made available on a best-efforts basis and we reserve the right to remove VOD content at any time.

5. Tipping

During live streams, subscribers may voluntarily send monetary tips to individual performers. All tips are processed through our payment platform and are final and non-refundable once submitted. Tips are not compensation from pole.world and the nature of tip distribution to performers is governed by separate agreements between pole.world and those performers. pole.world takes no responsibility for disputes arising from tipping.

6. Performer Applications

Individuals may apply to become performers through the "Become a Performer" section of the Service. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All accepted performers must verify their age (18+) and comply with a separate Performer Agreement. pole.world retains sole discretion in accepting or rejecting any application.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Record, screenshot, download, redistribute, or share any live stream or archived content without express written permission;
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, DRM, or geographic restrictions;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse performers or other users;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or content from the Service;
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the Service;
• Charge back or dispute legitimate subscription charges in bad faith;
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on pole.world, including live stream footage, VOD content, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of pole.world or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. No rights are transferred to you beyond this limited viewing license.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, pole.world DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, pole.world, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO pole.world IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which pole.world operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service following notice of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
